I'm 47, I am a beauty supply sales consultant so I'm in my car everyday, alot. I've been counting my steps and struggle to get 5000 in a day.
I've started working out at the gym with my friend 3-4 x a week - doing spin, palates, chisel and dance fitness. My goal is to go from the size 10-12 I am now back to at least a size 8. I've put on almost 30 lbs in the last 2 years.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, have 2 sons, they're grown and love the Lord.
