I love to workout and have a personal goal to one day compete in a natural body figure competition. My favorite exercise is weightlifting followed by running and jump roping. I try to get at least 1 hour of exercise 6 days a week. I am currently on the 5am every morning plan which includes spending 3 days with my personal trainer.
I completed my associate degree in business in 2008 and I am on track to start back this Summer as a Junior at ASU!!! :)
Dedication to personal development is a recipe for success and I hope to reap all of the benefits someday :)
