I weighed in at 184.4 lb. on February 1, and the goal is to lose eight lb. over the course of 28 days. **Update:** totally did that, and fell in love with the intermittent fasting lifestyle, so sticking with it permanently! Goal weight is now 162 pounds. **Update:** Totally did that... new goal is 155!

I will lose this weight via intermittent fasting -- specifically 16:8. **Update:** I'm usually 18:6 to 21:3 these days, which seems to be working like a charm!

This is a fresh start. There is no similar effort in the past of any relevance, and there is nothing to compare it to. This is a new adventure.

I will add exercise later. :-)
