I'm a single, almost 46 year old lady looking to find help to loose weight! I have planned a trip to take my four kids to Disneyland in June and I want to be able to play with them and keep up! I don't want to be the grouchy tired mom that can't keep up! I also want to fit on Dumbo and not squish my daughter. I'm also a full time student at CSUS working on my BA so I need to be in shape running all over that campus and keeping up with those young kids.
