Been a long, winding path, most of which isn't too important here. Suffice it to say that the past couple years I've been battling depression (but only figured it out recently). In the last year-plus, I've lost another relationship, and became unemployed with no reason given (and due to no fault of mine). When I'm depressed, I sit around and do nothing for days at a time. Oh, and I eat.
This isn't the first time I've had to get serious about weight loss, but wanted to get started now before I got any heavier.
