I just turned 30 and am on a mission to lose fat and gain muscle. I started my diet early December 2012...my goal is to lose fat, get down to 130lbs, 18% body fat. First I am focusing on losing weight...once I get down to 130, I will start consuming more calories and lifting heavy weights to build muscle.
