I should check in more often but life gets in the way. Also I knew I wasn't losing anything for awhile. Just hit a plateau but I also knew it wouldn't last. And it didn't.
I got on the scale this morning and OMG! My mouth hit the floor. 194.2. HA! I didn't even know it was happening. I'm so excited about it. I haven't been that far under 200 in so long. I've been paying more attention to portion than what it is. Although I still don't eat processed foods and eat as little sugar as possible. Apparently it is working. I'll try to get on more often if I can keep life out of the way. But either way, I'm keeping it up to keep it down.

I have stuffed my face pretty good with all the wrong things over the last couple of years. No wonder I was at 228 bs. So,, since I have cut out bad carbs and processed sugars the weight is literally pouring off of me.:) I realize this won't last and I'm ok with that. I just have to see and feel a change or I get bored. lol
I no longer am craving candy bars and pasta's covered in cream sauce. Thank Gawd!!!
I hope it keeps coming off quickly. at least the next 15 lbs. I have an amazingly strong ability to stick to the changes I proclaim for my life so I know this weight loss will happen. I've done it before haha. I really do feel better eating healthy food.
