Was told by doc that I need to follow Celiac diet - have no idea how to do this and could use help and advice. Got a trip coming up so I am in the info gathering stage and hope to begin Nov 12. would love to have all the right food available. Not much of a cook so no complex meals for me.

"Poop-less in Seattle"
I can't find a more graceful way to ask this of others on Dukan but I have not ... in over a week. I am following the plan and eating the oatbran daily (2T) and I started taking additional fiber in water product a week ago. Lastly I tried a laxative but still Nothing. Is this normal for the program? My body feels great but where has all the protein (and veggies every other day) gone?

Protein bars
I learned a simple recipe called Muffin in a Minute (MIM) which used flax. I used oat bran, egg, hazlenut flavoring, ff plain yogurt, 1/2 tsp baking powder- mix together and put in a small microwave bowl, like a Rubbermaid 1 c. glass container. Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Serve to self with 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup.

Protein bars
The program states that you can eat fat-free, sugar-free protein bars as snack on Attack phase but I can't find any. The closest is Quest and that contain Almond fat, not allowed. Any ideas?
