hcg diet
POS is a bitch. Seriously. There are some diet resources out there specifically for the disease. Full nutrition for 900-1000 calories. Have you tried googling it?

If you choose to look for other weightloss alternatives I have found sparkspeople.com to be an invaluable resource. It is a diet/lifestyle program. Not sure if they have POS specific information. They have menus, financial planners, organizers, it's kinda one stop life change shopping.

They also have a teen site which focuses on moving your butt to lose the weight.

I prefer the forums here but I log my info at sparkspeople so I can track my appointments, walks, and track my B12 and iron.

It is a free site too.

Also no one is saying anything against you. Just a diet that they may or may not like, and a news networks that they don't feel are very committed to reporting the cold, hard facts.

This is a fairly friendly site. Lots of view points. Lots of information.

Many people here have been "desperate" to get the weight off. Many people have succeeded and many people have failed and many have allowed themselves to be lead down a potentially dangerous road.

Yeah I did. I gained 100lbs in six months. I didn't come here to get trashed for the diet I chose. I came here for support. I have ate less and worked out. Never saw anything but weight gain. I thought this was a community where everyone knew the pain both emotional and physical of being over weight, the desperation and struggle to be "thin". All I'm doing is trying to find what works. I just want to feel good again. Everyone has something that works for them. I admit I may be over sensitive right now...but my feelings are hurt and I've had my fair share of that due to being "fat" for the last few years.

I am curious (a) how you gained that much in such a short period of time (b) how you intend to maintain the weight loss once you lose the weight again (c) how you manage to eat so few calories.

I don't know anything about the diet other than it involves injecting something into your body. I stopped reading there since I knew it would be an impossible diet for me regardless of what else was involved.

Not attacking, just really curious.

Unsupportive or Understandable, what's your take?
I asked him about this situation. He said women often get fat with babies and stress. If you want a thin wife in general keep her happy, satisfied, and busy. If you want a thin wife while she is still pregnant you are a fool. If you stress out your wife and she gains weight then it's partly your fault. If you threaten a pregnant woman and she hits you with a frying pan then you might learn something.

PS> He says the best way to get a woman to lose weight is to invite them on a trip to a hot place with horrible food. If you want to keep her curvy and happy learn to cook and make everyday a holiday.
