P90X and WOW
I completed Insanity 3 weeks ago, took a week off and now on the second week of P90X. So far I lost 15 lbs. but kept most of my muscle which is great. Meal plans are tough and Ive been keeping a low calorie diet from Insanity. Good Luck!

plyometrics
Plyo is great. I recommend a pylo program such as Insanity or P90X.
