feeling like I'm catching a cold or something. trying my best to fight it off. been sipping on soup all evening. really hoping it goes away. I do not want to be sick for my vacation/week off work to do some serious damage in the gym. just can't catch a break... tea with honey here I come

family came into town. had some pasta and salad with them for dinner. and *gasp* two of the skinniest slices of pizza ever. hopefully history doesn't repeat itself and I don't wind up back in ER. Did some serious heavy sets today. no new personal bests but I've also been working up my cardio more so I'm not expecting a big shift in my lifting for a few more sessions. I'm hoping to hit the -30pound mark by the end of the month. here's hoping. have to survive the weekend with family reunion first

I've been feeling much better and incorporated more cardio into my workouts. it seems to be helping. A lot. and I've also got a strong that I measure around my widest part to see if I've lost inches and I've lost about two inches from there. I can see it and it's really motivating. some people from work are noticing too. it's a good feeling. I also got back into a pair of workout pants I haven't worn since the fall. also exciting. things are going in the right direction!

still not feeling 100% but definitely better than I was. Slowly getting back to regular eating. I haven't weighed myself since getting sick because I'm not sure what my body is going to do and it might fluctuate a bit going back to eating a regular diet. I just don't want to be discouraged with the fluctuations so I'm going to give it a few more days and get back into workouts slowly as well. My fiance is pretty well back to his normal self but the nausea is still there. Needless to say, we will not be having pizza for a LONG while. Cheat meal will be something else entirely lol. But I'm looking forward to getting back to routine and get back to jogging and lifting.
