Stroke, fat and depressed
GE....Hope things have gotten better. I just wanted to point out that there are exercises you can do while reclined. Lots of online information. Research alternate medications and pls talk to someone about your depression. Lots of depression/anxiety meds curb your appetite. Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Unable to lose weight. In dire need to lose weight- Doctor’s Orders!!!
I just started medication for Type 2 in the last 2 weeks. I was prediabetic for over 10+yrs. Pls be aware that stress is a vicious thing and changes many things in your body. Stress causes you to release various hormones which in turn raise your blood sugar.
If you have insurance you can contact them to see if there are programs to educate you on diabetes. Also, your doctor should be able to assist you in finding free or low cost options to learn about healthy eating and diabetes. No one gets diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2 months .
