How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I really should start taking measurements too, though. I have sat at the same weight for almost two weeks before, even though I was dieting hard and riding my bike about ten miles a week. I know that I had to at least lose some inches somewhere if I wasn't losing weight, haha.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in every morning. Sometimes it can be tiresome to see the daily fluctuations when you go up a couple of pounds randomly, but it's all worth it when out of the blue you drop a pound or two overnight. I just like to have a nice data set that I can point to and see a more accurate representation of my trends Smile I'll probably slow down to once a week or so once I reach my goal weight though.
