21 Years old, trying to find my six pack. Aiming to lose fat while packing on muscle. Currently at 12% Body fat, looking to get it sub 10%
Currently aiming for a daily intake of 232g Carbs 232g Protein, with max 51g of Fat. Due to the amount of time I'm exercising. (Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Ju-Jitsu and training for a marathon in 3 months)

Waist: 32
Hips: 35.5
Right Thigh: 19
Left Thigh: 20
Right Arm: 12
Left Arm: 12
Will remeasure every few months to see a change.
Expect to put on weight due to muscle mass, but fatsecret doesn't seem to accommodate for that. Still love the site as its the best way to track what you are eating, no matter what the goal. Plus the fact that I barcode scan most of my foods, using my G1 phone, saves so much time.
