I am back at it now. My 10 yr class reunion is just around the corner and I want to look my best. I haven't been on FS for about a year. Mainly because I was busy at work and the last thing I want to do when I get home is get back on the computer. I am going to give it another go. See below for my 'fat history'.

Ok, here it is:
I was skinny all of my life until after high school. I tried a lot of diets, but didn’t really think I was that fat (until seeing pictures of myself then). I did Atkins, lost 20lbs, gained 10 back. I started Weight Watchers (and running), lost 43lbs. We went on our Honeymoon, gained 9 lbs. I quit running over winter, gained 5 lbs/lost muscle. I started running in spring, got stress fracture.
So I am going to start running again (slowly) and start Weight Watchers and see what happens. My biggest dieting flaw is binging on Sundays. I usually ruin what ever progress I have made through the week. So that is the main thing I am going to work on.

Enjoying the holidays! HALLOWEEN WEEKEND!
Why don't you throw a Halloween bash for you and your friends? I don't have children at all, but still love to celebrate. We have already been to one Halloween Party (last weekend) and are going to another tomorrow night. I am going as Goth Tinkerbelle.

Can running be taught?
I started running about a year and a half ago. I was smoking then and couldn't even run around our block when I started. That was about April. By October I ran my first 5k and had quit smoking. You can do it. I found this site that was very informative.
I know you can do it. Happy Running

Looking for some buddies
I also need buddies. Was also on weight watchers and need to get back into it. My short term goal is to loose 5 lbs so I can start running again. I don't think my body can take is until I do. My biggest weakness is the weekends....

Just keep your mouth shut sometimes!
I think it is very important to pick your fights. And sometimes it helps to just keep your mouth shut. I have found that if you give love, you get love back. Very Happy
