Not happy
I have a girls night out Friday so I was thinking, maybe a glass of wine and a bottle of water, glass of wine, bottle of water...and maybe just stick with 2 or 3 glasses instead of a bottle or two..If I gain then I won't bother having anymore until I reach my final goal.....Wish you well too VMK Cheers!!! ekatherine congrats on the 52 lb loss I have 79 gone since Oct 1st so I know how hard it is..cheers to you too Smile

Not happy
I had a great result this morning..3 lbs gone, so I lost the 2 I gained and lost 1 to boot..YEAH!!! very happy...1 more to my second goal of 80 lb loss...55 more to go Laughing

Thanks for the words Elven, I feel very hydrated now after drinking lots of water and hoping for good results this week.

Not happy
Crying or Very sad Gained 2 lbs this weekend, pretty sure it wasn't from food but prob the wine ....I am now trying to drink more water, eat a few less calories and add more protein, went for a walk ( short one) took Grandson to Axtion gym for 2 hours chasing a 2 1/2 yr old and swimming tonight..I hope the lbs come back off by tomorrow cause this makes me

I make a spinach smoothie with 1/4 cup of 50/50 tropicana , a low fat yogurt, 1 cup of spinach, 1/4 frozen banana a tsp hemp hearts and a scoop of protein powder...very yummy and healthy also filling.
