Low Cal Salad Recipes?
Another thing to try is keeping the dressing on the side (measured into a small cup) and dip every second mouthful or so. I find that I end up dipping less and less as I start to enjoy the fresh taste of the salad better. I LOVE vegetables but am not a salad person. I knew that a salad is a great light way to add fiber and help keep me feeling full longer so I wanted to try to eat more of them. This helped me so much.
