You name it.. I've tried it :) Well for the most part hehe Basically I am just sick of being overweight, fat even! Before the idea of losing weight was for me and only me, but now that my husband and I are thinking of children in the near future I def. want to get down to a healthy weight and I refuse to become pregnant at the weight I am at. I have lost weight in the past, but only to gain it back time and time again!

A lil about me personally... I am an easy goin gal who loves to get to know people.. so please hit me up :) Im a great listener and a great friend... music is my life, love sports, and love movies :) You want to know more just ask and I shall tell :)

Recently I began to actually start LOVING fitness and I am trying to make it a part of my everyday life :D

Weighing in ideas?
maybe im wrong... weighed in this morning and it wasnt good results and really it just frustrated me!!! I didnt gain, well I did like .2 lbs lol buuuut still thought I was doing better than that... maybe I will stick to a once a week weight in Smile

I usually do every week... and early in the morning, but I think for a little while I will do it every morning for the first week or so and see how that motivates me, if it does.... I think seeing that scale every morning will push me to think about what I did the day before, good or bad and help me either fix it or continue on with that for the coming day Smile Just a thought!

diet problems!!
I had this SAME problem last night.. it was insane!! I did GREAT allllll day and then got home made dinner and ate more than I should have... then AFTER dinner I just kept eating and eating! I was never satisfied! I was disgusted by how much I was eating. Then this morning I woke up trying to think how I could avoid doing that again today/tonight and I remembered what my dietician said to me a while back when I first found out I had diabetes and that was that if I deprive myself throughout the day and dont give my body the energy it needs and the nutrition it needs, at night time I will binge because it is like my body rebelling! Make sense? I think so! Smile Thought I would share that little bit of knowledge! So to fix it... eat healthier, but fuller meals and snacks throughout the day and it should help you at night! Smile

Diabetes - HELLLLP!
Good Morning Everyone!!

Wellll late last year I was diagnosed with diabetes.... and I would love to try and find some other ppl out there that have or currently are struggling with this disease. I am trying so hard to get healthier, but it seems like a neverending battle! I had lost about 16 lbs before Christmas and can you believe that from the last week in November until now I have gained just over 6 lbs!!!! SIX POUNDS!!!! That is insane! I need all the love, support and tips that you can give me guys! I gotta do something! Need to get me off of these meds!
