quick snack ideas?
Ok I royally messed up this morning and late last night I had a binge on mini muffins. I was up all night with my 5 month old and I was starving so I grabbed the only thing I could just grab and eat and needless to say 1 became many many more! Does anyone have ideas on snacks I couls just grab on SB and not feel horrible about eating?

phase 1and 2
I already have done the 2 weeks of phase 1 but I am nerbous about adding carbs now. I know I need some but I tend to go over board. i just really want to be able to stick to this

I was thinking of doing Phase one during the week and doing phase 2 on the weekends or alternating between 2 & 1 every 1 or 2 weeks. Has anyone tried this or have any advice?

Phase 1 and cheese??
On Phase one are we supposed to limit cheese intake. I have been eating so many egg whites I think I am going to turn into one.
