Love or Obligation
About three weeks ago at a company meeting, our executive director told us to think about why we do what we do. What motivates us daily, is it love or obligation. I have found that approaching this with the same mentality is proving to be a success (14 pounds in 14 days) I just want to challenge you to do this because you love who you are and who you will be as opposed to doing this because you have to.
