42 year old father of four and a Grandpa. Used to play football in high school and was reasonably trim and fit. Worked out like a fiend after and peaked in 1998 when I was at 203 and 12% - 14% body fat. Residual football injuries to both shoulders caused me to stop lifting and have surgery on one. Recouped fast, but then moved to Chicago and had WAY too much fun with the nightlife and great food. Transitioned jobs several times and added my two youngest kids to the family. Moved to MI and then onto MD and finally got the other shoulder done and back into the gym. Started at an all time high 278 Lbs. Got down as far as 255 after a few months, but stopped working out and watching my diet for a month or so and started back at 273. Currently at 268. My weight is a bit misleading as I have a large frame and a fairly substantial amount of muscle from all the years of lifting weights. Currently trying to find the proper blend of weights, swimming and other cardio to get back to a good, healthy weight.
