Cold remedies?
Anyone have suggestions for cold remedies?
I've come down with a bad sore throat, developing into a cold. For throat relief, I used to eat sugar-free cough drops. Now I am trying to avoid the artificial sweeteners (as well as sugar). Not sure how to live this one out successfully.
