RDI
I was surprised when FatSecret estimated my RDI, but I tried it out and it wasn't so far off. Try out what the calculator say, but make sure your inputs are accurate (weight, gender, height, activity level). Weight yourself for a week and see if you gain weight. If you don't, it must be accurate. If you do, back off on calories slowly and continue the weigh ins. Adjust calories according to weight.

How do I add a recipe or a saved meal?
I've had the same problem Drammaw and it is frustrating!

Instead of using the cook book feature, try saving your recipe under "Add New Food." You can put yourself as the "Manufacturer" and you can make up a title for the name of the dish. Then, hit "don't share" at the bottom, and you'll be the only one who can see it. Plus, you can edit it as you please.

I think this should work for you!

Anyone tried Quest Nutrition products?
The protein bars are delicious, in my opinion. Specifically, the chocolate chip cookie dough and the cookies and cream bars are phenomenal. They taste almost exactly like what they're supposed to taste like (cookie dough and cookies/cream).

Many of the others are good while some are mediocre - but all are worth trying since everyone has his/her own preference. They are expensive, though.

Calorie Breakdown
I understand why you would think that, however the chart is not graphing your macronutrients in grams. It's charting them in calories. Since carbs and protein have 4 calories per gram and fats have 9 calories per gram, the chart is actually illustrating 204 calories from carbs, 198 calories from fats, and 76 calories from protein. When simplified into percentages, these come out to what is shown in the chart.
