I am 24 years old and I used to be a big health nut and loved the gym with a passion. Over the last few years I completely did a 360 and stopped going to the gym, formed a bad drinking habit, and lost interest in almost everything that life had to offer. I let my interest fall to the wayside and instead let my own negativity and anxiety consume me.

I made my first ever New Years resolution this year. For 2017 I have given up drinking, given up fast food, and am dedicated to maintaining a respectable gym schedule. I currently weigh 157lbs (Previously a chubby 165lbs for a bit) and that's only thanks to some last minute diet changes I've made over the past 2 months. My goal is to get back to 165lbs but this time with muscle. Hoping to achieve this by the middle of the year and then break my expectations by the end of it!
