Hi my name is Shawn. I'm a mother of three. Two handsome boys ages 19 and 14 and one beautiful daughter 14 months. I've been married for many years and have a great husband. I made the decision to lose weight because I'm sick of clothes not fitting and going into social situations and not feeling comfortable or avoiding social sitautions all to begin with. I'm in this for the long haul and to learn how to eat healthy for the rest of my life.
