hello there
Hello, I am in the same situation. Weigh 205, need to get to 145-150. I've done this all before, multiple times, and it's just so tiring. But, health is really what is driving me now. The blood tests are starting to show high cholesterol, high blood sugar, and that scares me... a lot! So here I start again, and this time, would definitely love to have some support as well. And Jaymaine, if I could just loop your words in my head, I would. Fantastic advice.

Anyone using/going to use the Volumetrics Diet?
Hi all, if anyone is already doing or going to do the Volumetrics Diet, please let me know. I'd love to be (and have) an accountabili-buddy! Thanks, Bev Smile

58 and strugging to lose
jmrtam, absolutely! I am 55 and cannot believe how slow it is going. Or maybe I was used to how fast it went many years ago! I'm lucky if it's over 1 pound a week, and yes, yes, I know slow and steady wins the race (maybe!) but it can be frustrating. I've lost 13 pounds so far, and am focused and determined to lose at least another 25 by the end of November. Before, I would've said at least 30 in 3 months but now, not so much.
