I started Phase I June 2nd and completed Phase I June 10th. I was successful at losing 11.3 lbs. I used the Phase I sample exercise schedule and recipes from the book. My workouts were from 45-60 mins each time. I'm ready for Phase II, adding 2-3 oz of meat! yeah! I'm still working on drinking my 64 oz of water daily.

I actully started 06/02/2007 with Fat Smash Diet and joined a gym. Saturday was a great day, ate well and walked on treadmill for 45 mins.
Sunday was a great day too, ate well and 30 mins on elliptical (first time and not so bad). Monday I took a break from workout.
I look forward to my first weight in; I feel great. I have tried a recipe from the book. Vigorous vegetable soup (it was very tasty)and look forward to trying new recipes from the website.
