Hello, My name is Stephanie and I'm seeking to lose 75 lbs using ~ Perfect Weight America eating plan. It all started at 27 years old (wearing a size 8-10 Misses @ 165 lbs) having babies over a 15 year period. I have three lovely kids; 15, 11 and 5 years old to date. I have experienced many diets and some with results and some with no results. Due to my thyroid disease I have to be very careful with "DIET miracles". I reached my max weight in 2002 after my last child at 300lbs plus wearing a size 24W and made up my mind ~ this it! I GOT TO LOSE WEIGHT for the sake of a healthy life and living longer for my kids. I have tried quit a few diets and the weight comes back plus more because I didn’t learn how to eat a balance meal and incorporate reasonable exercise. I started in 2004 with walking only, got to a size 22W and I said ~ I’m with losing weight thing. Relocated to another state 2005 and change of job with a whole lot of stress (manager); I end up putting losing weight on hold. This year I ran across this eating plan while browsing the TheVitaminShoppee store seeking diets again and after purchasing the a few items they gave me the Prefect Weight Amercia book free; I was impressed very impressed. This is a good foundation, constructing good eating and lifestyle habits for a lifetime. So here I am ~ this what I needed along. Day one started 03/30/2008... And way we GO!!!!
