So i changed up my diet today; been doing a lot of juicing lately and been finidn out it dumps a lot of toxins, and it gives me more nutrition so i feel way more energy. so ive been juicing and grazing just to not feel hunger and maintain the proper energy levels. i am going back to vegan, so am letting go of the coffee habit becuase its a it too chumy with me :) i dont mind balck coffee here and there but right now i am quiting smoking, starting a few miinutes ago. see, the thing is i feel if i dont respect my body to actually pay attention to what is going in it then i cant have a healthy friendship with food, and i dont want to go towards food that stimulates the brain too much and have a habit of going from those foods to other ones like them. so the foods i have an opportunity to leg go of are dairy, coffee, and the cigarettes. i want to feel good most of the time and to do that i feel i need to have consistent health and feelings around eating habits. Fast from the harmful foods, and feast on every moment of good health and the tasty food that comes with it. Jusiing isnt cheap though, but i eat less when i juice since i feel satiated. im doing carrot and apple in the mornings, a green juice at night and grazing on staples throughout the day with my main meal whenever i feel like it. I think its a realaxed way to go about it, i can eat whenever i want, and i feel good consistenly when i do that and i get to challenge this body that isnt working as well as it used to to heal and be back to itself.
