Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?

I did stiff leg deadlifts on sunday... never again. I'm still in so much pain that I can't bend over without grimacing. I'm sticking to regular deadlifts from now on...
Stiff and regular deadlifts are totally different exercises. Stiff leg deadlifts, also called good mornings by some, are great for your lower back and hamstrings. Keep doing them! Just switch to a lighter weight for a bit. You probably hurt because you've never worked those muscles before. Work into it and eventually they won't hurt any more than any other exercise.
One thing, if you're doing stiff leg deadlifts, they are great for your back, but you must stretch. If you don't stretch, your hamstrings and lower back can tighten up and cause low back pain. Keep them stretched, and the extra strength will help ward off low back pain.
