The first kg. Obviously I would have liked more, but in 6 days, that is good enough. And then I don't think I can lose much more without being depressed or something :)

I don't know, something must be wrong, cos I don't even eat 1200 kcal based upon what I register and I don't really get hungry. I should. I should be starving. I really hope it is not because all the data written on the meals I eat are miscalculated.
Still, I only weight myself on Saturday...

1200 kcal seems so much right now. I wonder if i am calculating my meals right. I hope to have a walk tomorrow.

I have never been so fat in my life. Or big. Or overweight. And my back is hurting and I have joint pains, so I have to get back to my normal wieght which I had in most of my adult life.
I need to start walking to or from work and simply eat less. No more chocolate and cola and less milk products. Apple and tea when I just get hungry between meals.
Lets hope for the best.
