I am a 30 year old high school teacher i in Canada. I am the heaviest person in my family and probably one the heaviest on staff at school. I have been overweight my whole life. My mom started taking me to diet clinics when I was 10 years old. I did the Atkins diet 8-10 years ago and lost 60 lbs. My economical circumstances changed and I could't afford it anymore and so fell off the bandwagon so to speak. Now I have since gained an extra 40 pounds in addition to what I originally lost. I am in an emotional, and physical place now where I feel I can succeed and I have jumped back on.

try having small goals and reward yourself when you meet them (not with food). I reward my self with clothes. lol
