Forty-Five year old wife, mom and full-time professional technologist (I sit on my butt at work). Always struggled with my weight. The past 6 years have seen me put on over 20 pounds. I hit 200 pounds for the first time ever and decided I HAD to make a change. I did Adkins years ago with success so I'm trying HFLC to make some changes. I know carbs are my enemy. I don't crave sugar as much as starch but they really do the same thing.
I love to cook! I love ethnic foods! The simplicity of this is going to bore me but I'm hoping I can get to a place that I can add some carbs in - in the right quantities, always tracking and keeping in a comfortable zone that I don't gain.
