Well, only lost 1lb, but I'm having to wear a belt with my jeans to stop them dropping off. Time to go shopping I think :)

Well, not lost any weight, but I've gone down almost a whole trouser size and I feel great! I'm eating lovely food like chili, choc cottage cheese on toast, fruit salad, pita with ham & cheese spread. Loads of energy and I will definitely keep this up :)

After trying Atkins for a month and losing nothing, I went on a major carb binge, and have been doing the 5 Factor Diet for a week. I'm not looking at it as a diet, but as the way I am eating from now on. Really enjoying it and even my fitness fanatic boyfriend is doing it, even though he doesn't have to lose weight, but he loves the recipies and thinks it's a great plan.
