Menopause
I will be 59 in 2 weeks. Menopause is kicking my butt. I have gained 40 pounds, hot flashes every twenty minutes, night sweats to the point that I take my clothes off and put on again about five times a night. Not sleeping well at all. I unfortunately can not have anything soy as I am allergic. I have however lost 12lbs on my way to 140, I just need to keep at this woe. Stop stopping and restarting. Thanks

intermittent fasting
I have heard of people having a power smoothie when coming off a fast. but I cant have shakeology because of what is in it. So I am thinking of just having a huge salad at noon and then a regular dinner. What do you think?

Protein Shakes
I make my smoothies with frozen fruit, protein powder, hemp powder, flaxmeal, chia, and an avocado. I mix it up the night before. It stays blended. I have actually forgotten it a time or two, the smoothie is still blended mot separated at all.
