I'm Lili, and I consider myself a yo-yo dieter. I'm a 5'5 (166 cms) tall and my current weight (April 23/2018) is 86 Kg. BMI: 31. Ideal weight: 60kg

I have uploaded in my profile the most recent fattest photo from my last holidays as a reminder to myself that I need to lose weight.

In April this year, I considered having a gastric balloon inserted, as I'm tired of my weight being up and down during the last decade and also every time the diet becomes more and more difficult however during the gastroscopy they found eroding gastritis and could not fit the balloon and now having a 6 weeks course of esomeprazole pill. Control gastroscopy on the 5th June to see if it is been healed.

What is my plan now? I'm trying to follow a gastric balloon diet without a balloon inside me and I have been just a week on this diet and it is rocking hard because the hunger is too much without a 500ml balloon inserted that would make me feel relatively full all the time.
I will see how long can I go for with only 600-700 calories a day, taking vitamin supplements and all the recommendations given to people with bariatric surgeries.

My goals are:
To go below BMI 30 (obese type 1) by Mid May - DONE!
75 kg weight - End of June - DONE! (10 Days later)
72 Kg weight - End of July
BMI 25 @ 68kg by mid-September - about 10 kg to go
60kg goal: Jan-Feb 2019

My previous weigh levels:
2008-2009: From 64kg to 58 kg
2011-2012: From 78 Kg to 63 Kg
2015: 82 Kg - to 78 kg
2018: 86 kg to?
