I hope to regain my fitness level. I’ve gained about 30 LBS in the last 2 years and it has zapped my energy level. I’m approaching the “second half” of life and I want to be able to enjoy outdoor activities with out feeling heavy, lethargic or tired. I want to continue to downhill ski, whitewater raft, hike, garden and bike. Nothing feels better to me than a full day of outdoor activities followed by a healthy meal and a glass of wine with my husband.
