Body Weight and Glycogen Depletion
Thank you Draglist and Steven Lloyd. I read the articles and clicked the links in the articles and learned more. I understand now why I gain 2 kg in a day, though it is still difficult to lose 2 kg in the next day (lol). Thank you very much my buddies Smile

Getting over the hump
I saw your weight history. I am not an expert or dietician. I lost my first 15 kg in 5 months, then I go from 75-72 Kg for 1 year and more. I feel I am not so dedicated as when I started. But you have 6 months to work for your plan. You can lose 6.6 -8.8 pounds every month with a healthy diet and workout 2-3 times a week to tone your body.Walk every day even 30 minutes.
That means you will have lost 40-54 lbs by August. Your new weight will be 160-144. It will not be easy, it will have up and downs but you can do it. Follow Intermittent Fasting or/and 5:2 to leave this plateau. Good luck Smile

Looking for a weight-loss buddy to lose 20lb
Ashley welcome back. I read your previous journals since 2012 and admired your job! You did very well. You were determined and never lost your desire to reach your goal. Even when you attended college. You where so glad posting that you could fit into shorts! Congrats! I could be your grandmother (lol) I am 61 years young but if you need help, information or support I am here. You will have very soon younger supporters and followers. Good luck.
