Carrots
Why on earth is carrots 30 cal. per stick. I thought all veges were 0 calories. I know 30 cal. is not much, but I thought all veges were 0 cal.
What other veges are 0 cal.?

I'm going to win my goal
Hello everyone. I'm alley4life. I am married to a wonderful husband. We are both over weight. Not bad over weight, but it doesn't fit us. It has affects on our sex life and much more. I am 5'7" and 223 pounds. My goal, 160 pounds. My husband is 5'10" and 285 pounds. His goal 175 pounds. We have a lot to do. But both of us have the Lord beside us and his guidance to help us both. We have faith in each other. I really miss our sex, which is one of the things we keep saying in order to really lose weight. I miss making love to him every night.

breakfast
I had a toasted turkey sandwich for breakfast. It had mustard, miracle whip, provolone cheese, and five thin slices of turkey on two toasted honey wheat bread.
And some chocolate milk
so in weight watchers I had a total of 13 pts, that includes the sandwich and the milk. Not a very good day to start off, considering the fact I can have 34 points.
I need to do so much better than that!!

Feeling FAT?
honey, it's so hard to look at your body after you lost weight, only because your not use to the new you. And smoking again is going to mess you up. Lift your head high and you tell yourself "I'm so proud of myself and I am so beautiful." Feeling fat is so normal in a woman's life. We are so silly about our weights. It's so crazy. Look at it this way. Myself and thousands of others are here to support you. I am so proud of you. I don't know you, but I have faith in you. Keep up the work, and try not to get to too skinny.
