I'm 38 years old and a mom of three great kids (13, 10, 8). I have done the Extreme Fat Smash diet in the past with success. I have also done WW online in the past with success. My problem now is age, I think. What used to work for me stopped working. My workouts and watching what I eat have not been getting me to my goal at all. I love to work out; but I also love to eat and drink. My husband and I decided to take drastic measures and try a nutritional cleanse. I started the isagenix cleanse and fat burning system on 6.5.11 at 150 lbs. At the first weigh in I had lost 8.5 inches and 9 lbs. This is the website and I am AMAZED at the results. Seriously. My husband and I are in it together and extremely pleased with our progress.

Update- 41 years old. The biggest I've ever been without being prego - 160lbs. Totally unacceptable and I cannot even believe it. I started working full time again last December - workouts went out the window and emotional eating and drinking continued at an even higher rate. I'm so depressed but finally feeling the motivation to get healthy again.

Lunch Ideas
Veggie burger (I like the black bean/morning star or the tomato bruchetta/boca - easy microwave) with 2% cheese and toasted arnold sandwich thins. Makes a good "burger". Add a side of veggies or soup.

iphone - the barcode scan ROCKS! And then the wireless syncing to our profile on FatSecret is fantastic. It definitely makes it easier to keep track of the foods we put in our mouth Smile

Junk Foods You Used to Love but Now Can't Stand
McDonald's grosses me out now. I'm happy to say one of my 3 children also can't stand it, and the hubby too Smile A few months ago I craved the fries going through the drive thru and caved. I couldn't even finish them. I'm so happy. The wild berry smoothies aren't bad though.

When you do the first time set up, it will take anything you had on your acct from the computer and sync it to your phone app. From then on, anything you enter on your phone will show up on the computer and vice versa.

I just downloaded the free app for my iphone for FatSecret. I love it! There is a barcode scanner that will scan and put in all the nutritional info into the food log for you. It is SO AWESOME and will totally help me stay on track with recording....Thank you thank you!
