Weight loss jumpstart--intermittent fasting
Please note: This is JUST a weight loss jump start plan. Before I get any lectures on healthy habits/weight loss, let me acknowledge that I KNOW that this isn't an every day thing and that many times "fad diets" or "jump starts" are looked down upon. That being said, I have an event coming up, and have fallen off the wagon the past few months. My ultimate goal weight is 140-145. I am doing intermittent fasting for the next 20 days, in hopes of losing about 16lbs.

That's about 4lbs every 5 days. I know that is an extreme amount, but I have a lot of bf to lose.

Right now I'm at 166, and am aiming for 150 by the end of the month. I am also trying to quit "bad sugars" cold turkey.
Wish me luck! Any others who have fasted to jump start your weight loss goals, let me know! Tips/encouragement are helpful!
