Right now I stay at home and tend to raising up two not so littles for the next generation. I love writing poetry, avid pianist (no current students), and I love food (all kinds), I just don't have the greatest relationship with it right now due to a five year sprint into the bodybuilding world. I'm actually trying to get the bulky muscle back down to what I find to be feminine (via Rachel McClish). She is my inspiration because she did it the natural way. So I've scaled back on the heavy weights, supps, and the other stuff and I'm trying so hard not to be neurotic about food. Yes, I watch what I eat because part of my journey is to get a bit of weight loss in because I want berserk on the food after saying I've had enough of the starving, tons of water, and enough protein to make anyone crazy. I can smell that crap a mile away. So, if I'm brave.....Ill share a pic or two in my journey back to true health and my slow but steady appreciation for food and what its really intended.

Revisiting my unhealthy relationship with food
Past bodybuilding days ruined my hormones. After two years of not hitting it hard and stopping the neurotic eating, I'm slowly learning to be happy with my body. I went the opposite direction and gained about 20lbs. In the years prior I got down to 7% bodyfat (per a doctor visit) at my lowest point. She flipped out on me and thats when I knew I had to stop what I was doing. I do continue to lift weights. Muscle memory is a great perk. I just don't want to slip back into the crazy business of unhealthy "fitness" again. Down 135 as of today. Being 5'3" and 17% bodyfat isn't so bad.
