I am a mom of three wonderful kids!! Two boys and one girl! I have struggled most of my life with my weight just like most people. I am engaged to the most wonderful man in the world and we are getting married June 9, 2012 on the beach in Florida! We got engaged November 24, 2010 and I started my diet December 12, 2010. Since them I have lost over 100lbs! But I have recently started gaining my weight back a little at a time. Not too much, but enough to motivate me to keep going. I would like to lose another 40-50lbs before the wedding. I know that I can do this, but I know that I also need to account to someone or something to keep going. That is how this works for me! I count my calories and I do P90X! But over the last couple months I stopped all together! I used to go see a nutrionalist and stopped because I thought I had it covered! I was wrong! So yesterday I started back! I love talking with her and going for my check ups with her! But if I don't keep track of everything I do and eat then I won't be successful in this! I take the Visalus Sciences Body By Vi Shakes for breakfast and lunch and I love them! My fiance and I actually sell them! But I still need to account to someone personally for myself and not just myself, if that makes sense to anyone. I can't wait to start over and start feeling better about myself! WE have both come along way in our journey of losing weight together and between us we have lost almost 200lbs! But for the sake of our lives and our children's lives we have to keep going!
