I've always been a little heavier but in the past 5 years I have really packed on the pounds....pregnancy does that to a person. Just had a baby girl 6/19/11. Now I'm looking for a serious lifestyle change that will not only make me thinner but will also make me a healthier mom. I lost 50+ pounds last year on the HCG diet, which I gained back when I got pregnant. I know that I'm committed to being a healthier "me" and now that I'm breast feeding I'm looking for an alternative to serious dieting. So... I'm trying to count my calories and introduce my body to exercise again. Hopefully I'll be doing marathon's soon. Just need to stay committed to myself and keep up the motivation.
