1st day on Atkins
Atkins really does get easier! I am on week 7 of Atkins, and I absolutely LOVE food. I find that the hardest part for me in the beginning was finding things that I could eat for lunch at work, like fast food. Subway salads or Mcdonalds salads are a great option! I have tried so many different diets in my life, and this one is certainly the easiest one to follow for me. Good luck!
