cheat day
within the last month i lost like 13 pounds which i am grateful for but today i feel like pigging out a little by cooking boneless barbeque ribs and macoroni and cheese.

tuesday
tuesdays workout went real good. played basketball. hamstring workout and 15 minute jog. sub for dinner. steak,cheese, green peppers, and red onions, and lemon ice tea to drink. deadline for my next weigh coming up in a few days

a little off track
went to the hospital saturday. so i have not been able to keep up with my routines. i just started today. meal of the day:grilled tilapia(210cal), garden salad (170cal), spicy tortilla soup (365cal),cheddar bay biscuits (150cal) and rasberry lemonade. no work out today
