Frustrated and Ready to Go Back to the BAD Habits
Stop eating the same thing every day. That would drive me INSANE, and it's probably why you're feeling miserable. Mix it up. (Also, I know I might get yelled at for this, but it's okay to eat some junk food every once in a while! I give myself Saturdays off)

The "Ah ha!" moment
I get stretch marks when I lose weight, so last week when I saw them on my problem areas (stomach and love handles), I knew I was losing fat from there and got super happy.
Plus when I got back in the 130s, that was a happy jump-for-joy-aha moment Smile When I can fit back into my favorite skirt, it will be a cry-for-joy aha moment!
