Quantifying P90 and Insanity
I am currently in the middle of Insanity and since I always wear my heart-rate monitor I would choose other and put in the Kcal value and time spent values in manually. However I am not keeping up with (recording) the calories burned right now. Just the calories consumed.

AverageMo, I would agree with your post. A GROSS underestimate of actual calories burned.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
haha, I'm just odd. I usually weight 2x per day. 1st thing in the AM and last thing at night just before bed. It really gives me a good judge on how my day went. Just don't let the numbers bug you and don't over obsess about them. Do better tomorrow......
