I just turned 56. I supported my family by working high paying difficult jobs but didn't take the time to take care of myself well. I have always been somewhat active but you can't out exercise a bad diet. 5 years ago, I went from 246 lbs to 185 a year ago. I went back up to 205 and am now down to 194 and want to see my abs and also take weight off my knees so I can continue to enjoy sports. My goal is to work out with weights high reps so not to gain muscle mass and to lose fat. I love to hike, play tennis, volleyball, snowboard, ultimate frisbee, racket ball, etc. I want to feel and be healthy.
