Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
Nothing with flour! Its a big transition but switch to whole grains, fruits and veggies and legumes for your carbs! Trader Joe's even sells flourless sprouted bread. I have PCOS too Sad Just a bother but hey it's the best motivation to make huge changes. I'm 5'7" and trying to drop 20 pounds. It's all in my belly.You know like an apple on a stick. I've eaten some bad carbs the last two months. I'm back on it now.
